Ada Billson 1863 is a reproduction of a mid 19th century English cross stitch sampler from the private collection of Whilst Iris Naps Designs.

We provide an easy to follow cross stitch chart in PDF format which includes all the stitching information you will need to complete and enjoy this reproduction.  Upon purchase you will have access to both A4 (UK) and letter (US) formatted PDFs.

The stitch count is 141 x 161 and our model is stitched on 32ct Weeks Dye Works 'Grey #1173' which measures approximately 8 7/8 x 10 inches (22.5 x 25.4 cm). The pattern only uses cross stitch over 2 linen threads and so would be suitable for stitching on either linen or Aida.  Finished sizes for a variety of fabric counts are included. We used Weeks Dye Works threads but we offer a DMC conversion table in the PDF.  Also provided in the PDF are notes on Ada herself as we were able to locate details of her story.

Please note, our PDFs are not automatically e-mailed to you as attachments as they can be large files and we offer at least 2 different print versions.  Instead, you can download immediately after payment from the webpage you are returned to or follow the "Download Files" link from the Order Confirmation e-mail which is highlighted in blue.

We cannot offer returns, exchanges or cancellations but please do contact us if you have any problems at all with an order.
