Using our website

All our designs are available as PDF downloads.  Each download contains the fabric and thread details for our model stitches, speciality stitch guides, symbol and colour versions of our charts and as much history on the original stitchers as we can discover!  For a more detailed look at what you can find in our PDFs please see our What's in our PDFs page.

Downloads

Links to downloadable files are delivered by e-mail and should arrive within minutes of your transaction.  We provide both A4 and letter format files for each chart and both will be available with your purchase.  Please note that our PDFs are for personal use only.  Please feel free to print additional working copies but do not share any PDFs or paper copies with other individuals.  Thanks for your support.

Payment

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.  For a simple guide showing the purchase and download process see our How to get your PDF page.

Refunds

We carefully check, test purchase and download our PDFs before we offer them for sale to ensure nothing is preventing you getting hold of your chart as soon as you have made a purchase with us.   However, if you find an issue with your digital download within 30 days of purchase we will aim to rectify that for you immediately.  If we are unable to rectify the issue we will happily provide a full refund for that item.  Please do get in contact with us if you have any issues with any of our products as soon as you can after purchase.  After 30 days we will still endeavour to fix or replace any item that is faulty but will not offer refunds after this time. 

Returns

As our products are only offered in digital form, we cannot accept returns given this cannot guarantee the item has not been printed, copied or used.

Other Issues

As spam filters become ever more sensitive it is possible that your order confirmation could go to your Junk mail folder.  If you do not receive your order confirmation email after a couple of minutes please do check the Junk folder in case this has occurred.  Please contact us if you need any assistance.
